MAINTENANCE WORKER
REQUIREMENTS:
Professional education.
Precision in performing job duties.
Ability to organize your own work.
Previous work experience in similar job responsibilities.
Understanding of building technical equipment and operation of technical devices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform necessary household work at the school related to minor building and facility repairs, furniture repairs.
Provide technical support in preparing and ensuring school events and other organized activities.
Participate in territory maintenance work.
Monitor engineering systems (water and sewage systems, sanitary facilities, electrical installations) operation, and resolve damages when necessary.
WE OFFER:

Working hours: 5 days per week, from 08:00 to 16:00 (or by mutual agreement).
Salary: 780,00 EUR
Social benefits: health insurance (after probation period).
