Precision, high responsibility, ability to plan your work. Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the requirements of the State Language Law. Good communication skills. Ability to perform physical work. Desirable: Category B driver's license. Desirable: Previous work experience in similar positions. Desirable: Work experience with tools and equipment. Main Job Duties: Maintain technical condition of inventory belonging to the institution, ensure its timely and quality daily and periodic maintenance. Perform all necessary repairs within own capabilities in indoor and outdoor areas. Ensure timely repair of institution inventory (children's furniture, group room inventory, etc.) Perform minor repairs of institution premises, cleaning and replacement of lighting fixtures. Clean drainage systems within your capabilities, repair plumbing - sinks, toilets, taps. Prepare requests for necessary materials for performing plumbing and other inventory repair work. Participate in institution improvement and decoration work. Assemble, disassemble, and relocate furniture. Perform minor painting work on premises and furniture, etc. Maintain order in the maintenance worker's workspace and material storage area. We Offer: Interesting, dynamic, and responsible work.
