Center 1 is an area that extends from Örgryte/Härlanda down to downtown Gothenburg. The area consists of 24 principals organized into five principal teams. Principal teams and the operations manager meet regularly to work on common operational and development issues. Principal teams and the management group also function as an important part of our collegial learning and as support in your management role. Good cooperation with safety representatives and union representatives is key to successful systematic work environment management. Qualifications At the Preschool Administration, close leadership should characterize all of our management and leadership roles. You also have: University degree equivalent to 180 credits with elements of education Several years of experience working in the education sector Good knowledge of preschool governing documents Good knowledge of systematic quality work and the ability to implement it in practice At least 5 years of leadership experience in the education sector or other management experience. It is meritorious if you have: Principal education, leadership development program, or preparatory management training Experience as a manager in a preschool Knowledge of or experience in budget management and resource allocation Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the education sector Familiarity with collective agreements and employer responsibility As a person, you are clear and engaging and create motivation and cohesion in the group. Your ability to effectively communicate goals leads the group toward common results. You are attentive, analytical, solve problems efficiently, and view the organization in a broader context, with focus on the child's best interest and the values of the curriculum. You stand for the values that exist at your workplace and are committed to translating these into action. You show commitment to the organization, have a positive attitude toward work, and follow decisions, operational plans, goals, and guidelines made.
