Bäckaskolan is a grades F-9 school located in central Gnosjö. In grades 7-9, approximately 200 students from Gnosjö and surrounding areas attend. The school has 30 employees and places great emphasis on collegial learning and inspiring each other to create the best school.

DUTIES
As principal, you will have varied duties with a focus on driving the school's pedagogical and organizational development forward, based on the curriculum and school law. The unit has engaged employees and a student welfare team working to provide students with the best conditions to progress as far as possible in their learning. You work in close collaboration with the other primary school principals in the municipality on both operational and strategic matters.
The assignment is flexible and you work with great freedom under responsibility. Your day will be characterized by independent work and teamwork in various forms.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with pedagogical higher education and leadership experience from educational activities. If you have experience driving school development and change management with good results, that is a merit.
You are aware of your role as a leader/employer representative and strive for a good collaborative climate. You are a trustworthy person who inspires and easily brings others along. You lead toward good results, structure with empathetic ability, and contribute energy to both your own employees and the management group.
It is a merit if you have completed principal training.
We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Salary form: Monthly salary.
