Would you like to make a difference for students and staff in Boxholm Municipality? We are now seeking a principal for Stenbockskolan F–9 and adapted primary school, with special responsibility for grades 7–9. We offer an exciting assignment where you can make a difference. The Assignment In Boxholm Municipality, there are two primary schools, Stenbockskolan and Åsbo skola, with a total of 590 students. The municipality has a central student health service that serves Stenbockskolan and Åsbo skola, with school doctor, school nurse, school psychologist, counselor, special education teacher, and specialist teacher functions represented. As a principal in Boxholm Municipality, you have the opportunity to be close to the operations while maintaining a strategic focus on the school's long-term development. You have great opportunities to influence and become an important part of the municipality's overall work through your position in the management group for schools and preschools. Stenbockskolan has stable results over time and a stable staff group. There is good continuity in the operations and several positive development processes are underway. As principal, you have the opportunity to work together with staff and the rest of the school leadership to build on what works well and continue developing the operations. At Stenbockskolan, the principal works together with two assistant principals, one with responsibility for grades F-3 and the other with responsibility for grades 4–6. As principal, you have special responsibility for the operations in grades 7–9 and lead together with the assistant principals the school's overall development. You are responsible for leading, developing, and following up the school's operations in accordance with applicable legislation, governing documents, political goals, and the principal's assignment. The assignment includes responsibility for: the school's pedagogical development and students' goal achievement systematic quality work personnel and working environment budget, resource allocation, and financial follow-up operations development and follow-up Who are we looking for? Qualifications We are looking for you who have: teacher certification experience of pedagogical work within primary school good ability to communicate in Swedish in speech and writing class B driving license We consider it a merit if you have completed or started a principal program.
