About the role As Principal, you will have overall responsibility for MoA Lärcentrum's adult education connected to our school unit in Huddinge. You will lead the pedagogical work, ensure high quality, and work systematically with development, follow-up, and improvement based on the organization's goals, results, and applicable governing documents. The role involves clear overall responsibility for budget, forecasts, resource planning, work environment, staff, and results. You work closely with students, staff, commissioning bodies, authorities, and other partners, and contribute to an educational environment characterized by participation, development, and quality. When needed, you can also support daily operations to ensure continuity and good delivery. Your main areas of responsibility · The assignment covers agreements connected to our school unit in Huddinge. · Lead and develop pedagogical work and the school's core processes in teaching and learning. · Follow up on results and key metrics and translate analysis into quality assurance and operational development. · Ensure that the organization complies with education law, regulations, agreements, authority requirements, internal governing documents, and established procedures. · Be responsible for operational planning, goals, budget, forecasts, follow-up, resource planning, and scheduling. · Lead and distribute work and have full personnel responsibility, including recruitment, onboarding, development, competence provision, and staff follow-up. · Drive forums and structures for dialogue, participation, collaborative learning, joint assessment, and systematic work environment initiatives. · Promote good relations with commissioning bodies, municipalities, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders. · Contribute to the organization's marketing, profiling, and long-term development in collaboration with relevant functions. · Act in a business-like manner in decision-making with focus on quality, efficient resource use, and long-term sustainability. · When needed, support daily operations and contribute operationally where required to ensure quality, continuity, and delivery. We are looking for you who · Have rector training according to applicable legislation and contractual requirements. · Have experience leading, planning, and developing adult education or other educational operations. · Have at least two years of experience working in adult education and good understanding of adult education regulations, quality work, and governing documents. · Have a pedagogical degree. · Are a clear pedagogical leader with democratic, inclusive, and coaching leadership. · Have experience with personnel responsibility, budget, follow-up, and operational management. · Are structured, analytical, communicative, and thorough, with the ability to create participation and engagement. · Have high digital competence and a flexible, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented work approach. · Build trusting relationships both internally and externally and have strong belief in people's capacity for development and learning. About the position · Scope: The position is a temporary contract covering a parental leave with start in the fall, no later than December 1, and runs through September 30, 2027.
