About Preschool Växthuset: Preschool Växthuset is a private preschool with a Christian profile and an established operation. We have approximately 35 children, stable staff, and a good work community. We offer a well-planned pedagogical program guided by our core principles: safety, joy, care, respect, and learning. Family is at the center of our work. We believe in the strength of small units, where all educators know all children and there are good opportunities for close relationships and participation. We maintain close cooperation with our principal, Falköpings Pingstförsamling, and also work closely with Falköpings kommun. We are now seeking a headmaster. As headmaster of Preschool Växthuset, you will lead the pedagogical operations and have overall responsibility for ensuring that the activities are conducted in accordance with the curriculum goals and the preschool's mission. You will also be responsible for the preschool's administration and for working together with staff to create conditions for safe, developmental, and high-quality operations. Your main responsibilities: • Lead and develop the pedagogical program • Have overall responsibility for ensuring operations follow curriculum goals and current mandates • Manage the preschool's administration • Work systematically with quality assurance and operational development • Lead, organize, and plan operations based on needs • Create participation and good conditions for staff • Be a present leader who also works with children Qualifications: We are looking for someone who: • Has completed or is willing to pursue education as a preschool headmaster in the near future • Has documented experience with quality work and quality assurance in preschool operations • Has leadership experience • Has experience and interest in working with children • Is confident in yourself and your role as a leader • Is flexible and able to prioritize based on operational needs • Organizes and plans your work efficiently • Can guide and develop operations toward established goals • Is aware of your environment and sees opportunities for improvement and development • Has strong collaboration skills and the ability to create participation For you to thrive and succeed with us, we believe you are an engaged and present leader who enjoys the close community of a small preschool and values building good relationships with children, guardians, and staff. The position is full-time with approximately 50% work in the child group.
