People of Finance is seeking a social, organized, and highly digital person who wants to work part-time close to the company's partners and leadership, helping us continue developing our network of some of Sweden's most sought-after economists and consultants. With us, you'll work with search and recruitment in a real way, but also with LinkedIn, CRM, AI, and automation to find smarter and faster ways of working. This is not a traditional administrative HR role. We're looking for someone who values people and relationships just as much as structure, technology, and new ways of working.
About People of FinancePeople of Finance specializes in recruitment and interim staffing within economics and finance. For over 12 years, we've built relationships with CFOs, finance managers, controllers, accounting specialists, and other sought-after economists. The best relationships are built before the need arises. That's why we build relationships with candidates and consultants long before the right opportunity comes up. When a client needs help, we already know many of the people who could be the right fit and can act quickly. Now we want to combine our personal network even more with AI, automation, and smarter digital ways of working.
The RoleYour most important task will be to keep our candidate and consultant network alive, relevant, and up to date.
You will, among other things:
Search for and identify new candidates and consultants via LinkedIn and other digital channels.
Make new contacts and build long-term relationships.
Maintain ongoing dialogue with our network regarding availability, upcoming assignments, and what people are looking for moving forward.
Ensure that skills, availability, and candidate data in our CRM are up to date.
Match our network with new consulting assignments and recruitments and quickly build relevant candidate lists.
Help us develop how we use AI, CRM, LinkedIn, and automation to work faster and smarter.
You will primarily work with People of Finance but can also support our team at Nordicrule within IT, Tech, and Office.
Who are we looking for?We believe you might be studying and looking for a qualified part-time job, but we're more interested in the right person than the right CV. That's why we're also open to someone with a few years of experience in recruitment, search, or similar who is looking for a part-time role. You are social, relationship-oriented, and unafraid to contact people you've never spoken to before. At the same time, you're organized, service-minded, and like to keep details in order. Above all, you're digitally inclined. You like new tools, learn systems quickly, and are the person who asks:
"Why are we doing this manually when it should be possible to automate?"
You don't need to be able to program, but we want you to be curious about AI, automation, and how technology can make recruitment better and faster. Experience with recruitment, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, search, or AI tools is a merit but not a requirement.

We are a small team with short decision-making paths. If you have a good idea, we test it. For the right person, there are great opportunities to develop and gradually take on greater responsibility.
Scope: Part-time, approximately 40–60%, with flexibility depending on the right person.
