Each recruitment process is driven jointly by a senior recruitment consultant and a recruitment consultant, with clear areas of responsibility but close collaboration throughout. The responsibility you take from the start depends on your experience, but the direction is the same for everyone at SallyQ. We expect you to grow in your role, take on more responsibility over time, and help elevate the team around you. We will never stand in your way. Here's what you'll do in practice: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, Teamtailor, and your network Conduct interviews, assessments, and tests Keep candidates engaged and provide professional feedback throughout the process Develop candidate presentations and reference check summaries Contribute to developing our search processes and ways of working We fill recurring roles in quality, operations, RA/RQA, sales, and marketing in Life Science. Who we're looking for You're someone who gets things done. You don't wait to be told. You thrive with multiple things going on simultaneously and still deliver on time. We call it being a workhorse, and we mean it as a compliment. You have an educational background in Life Science—biology, pharmacy, chemistry, biomedicine, or similar. That background helps you understand the roles we fill and have credible conversations with candidates. Our job is about people; you don't need to love them, but you need to understand them. It's a strong merit if you have: Educational background in Life Science is a requirement Experience in recruitment, search, or talent acquisition focused on Life Science competencies Experience working in LinkedIn Recruiter You'll thrive if you: Enjoy fast pace and parallel tasks Are curious enough to google your way through problems or are skilled at using generative AI when you don't know Take responsibility without needing to be reminded Are pleasant, open, and unpretentious just like we are Application Does this sound like a role for you?
