Job Responsibilities
As a recruitment consultant, you have overall responsibility for driving all steps in the recruitment process in close dialogue with the hiring manager. Together with your colleagues, you will develop strategies for different types of recruitment based on the challenges that exist in different professions. Collaboration with the administration's operational HR team is essential, as is collaboration with the communications team to create maximum value for candidates and the organization.
What We're Looking For
As a person, you are self-driven and take responsibility for your processes, structuring your work to drive processes forward. You plan and prioritize to reach your goals and have the ability to change direction if goals shift. You work until your project is completed or the result is achieved. You are confident, stable, and have self-awareness, and you have the ability to handle multiple contact points simultaneously. You are creative and can contribute with new ideas and approaches in your work.
Working well with other people comes naturally to you, and collaboration is a large part of how you work. You listen, communicate, and resolve challenges in a constructive manner. You are service-oriented and have a consultative approach in your role as a recruitment consultant.
We would appreciate a mix of different competencies in the team. Experience with digitalization projects, developing recruitment strategies, search, expertise in statistics, competence-based/evidence-based recruitment are all merits.
Naturally, you express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish; additional language skills are always an asset. You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent that the employer considers appropriate for the role, and you have previous experience working with competence supply.

Within the Healthcare and Social Services Administration, approximately 3,400 employees work to enable elderly people and persons with disabilities to live active, social, and meaningful lives on their own terms.
