About the Swedish Prison and Probation Service The Swedish Prison and Probation Service is expanding – we are building new facilities, renovating existing ones, and expanding our operations, and we are now seeking more employees. Job Description You will be part of the Operations-Based HR unit, Recruitment Team East, based in Linköping. As a government agency, we must comply with several laws, processes, and procedures when recruiting and hiring personnel. You will have an important responsibility in ensuring that we follow administrative procedures and guidelines as part of quality-assuring our recruitment process. You will ensure that we work in compliance with GDPR and follow the regulations governing our recruitment process. You work in a consultative and service-oriented manner with our recruiters, managers, and other employees within the agency on recruitment administration. You work investigatively and serve as a hub in communication with other government agencies, such as the National Appeals Board. Your work tasks include receiving and distributing new recruitment requests, managing application documents from candidates, handling filing and documentation, and conducting security clearances. You also introduce new employees to administrative procedures and keep the team updated on new laws and regulations. When needed, you also support operational recruitment work and manage reference checks. Qualifications We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and communicating with others. We are looking for someone with: Complete upper secondary education in the form of a final grade or upper secondary diploma Experience in recruitment administration Experience in coordinating/planning administrative procedures Experience working in a consultative support role Computer proficiency and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is also advantageous to have: Post-secondary education that the Swedish Prison and Probation Service considers relevant Experience with complex administrative tasks Experience in administration within a government agency Experience with filing and record management Experience with all parts of the recruitment process, preferably within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service Experience with Varbi Knowledge of GDPR Knowledge of labor law and contracts Experience collaborating with the National Appeals Board in appeals processes Other Information The Swedish Prison and Probation Service has chosen to remove the personal letter and replace it with selection questions relevant to the position.
