We are now looking for a full-time Recruitment Assistant who wants to join our team, which together with the recruitment manager helps find the right employees for our operations. About the role: As a recruitment assistant, you are responsible for finding qualified personnel for our operations within home care, residential support, and home services. You'll have the opportunity to contribute your creativity to find new stars for Aleo, from the start of a recruitment process until the right candidate is in place. You will work with, among other things Create and publish job postings Review and screen incoming applications Make initial selections and contact candidates Conduct initial phone interviews Conduct reference checks Maintain ongoing dialogue with the recruitment manager Administer and follow up on recruitment processes Who are we looking for?
