💼 About the Role
As a Recruiting Assistant, your main task is to support recruiters in their daily work. What is most prioritized can shift from day to day, sometimes even from hour to hour. Your responsibilities include CV screening, searching, conducting phone interviews, and handling certain administrative tasks. During vacation periods, you'll take on greater responsibility and may have the opportunity to fill in for entire recruitment processes and assignments. We work according to competency-based recruitment methodology and you'll receive comprehensive training.
You have great personal responsibility and therefore have good opportunities to influence both your own and Bravura's development. The position is part-time, approximately 8-16 hours per week, and you'll combine this role with full-time studies during the semesters. We're looking for two recruiting assistants—one for our IT/Tech business area and another for our other business area within the service sector.

Search for and contact potential candidates
Review applications and conduct CV screening
Write job postings
Conduct phone interviews and digital interviews

🔎 Who We're Looking For
Full-time university studies in human resources/organization/business, with at least 2 years remaining until graduation
You express yourself very well in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English
Experience in service/customer contact or similar roles is a plus

How Our Recruitment Process Works

Selection
We review all applications and analyze personal qualities and skills together with work experience and education.
Interviews
We start with a phone screening and follow up with a digital interview with the recruitment manager. The next step is an interview with your future manager. The interviews take approximately 1 hour. After that, references are checked and any tests are conducted before a final offer.

Salary: Fixed hourly rate + vacation compensation
