💼 About the role
As a Recruiting Assistant, your main task is to support recruiters in their daily work. What is most prioritized can shift from day to day, and sometimes even from hour to hour. Your responsibilities include CV screening, sourcing, conducting phone interviews, and handling certain administrative tasks. During vacation periods, you'll take on greater responsibility and may have the opportunity to cover entire recruiting processes and assignments. We work according to competency-based recruiting methodology and you will receive thorough onboarding.
You have significant responsibility and therefore have good opportunities to influence both your own development and Bravura's. The work is part-time, approximately 8-16 h per week, and you combine this position with full-time studies during the school terms.

🔎 Who we're looking for
Ongoing full-time university studies in human resources/organization/business, with at least 2 years remaining until graduation
You express yourself very well in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English
An advantage to have experience in service/customer contact or similar role

How our recruiting process works
Our recruiting process is based on competency-based selection methodology, a scientifically grounded method for making objective selections and quality-assured matches. We conduct ongoing recruitment, so don't wait too long with your application!

Selection
We go through all applications and analyze personal qualities and skills together with work experience and education.
Interviews
We start with a phone call and follow up with a digital interview with the recruiting manager. The next step is an interview with your future manager. The interviews take approximately 1 hour. After that, references are checked and any tests are conducted before a final offer.
Feedback
We make sure to keep you informed throughout the process. You're also welcome to reach out if you have questions. Whether you go all the way or not, we promise to give you feedback.

Start date: From August 17, or alternatively early/mid-September
Location: Stockholm
Salary: Fixed hourly wage + holiday pay
Scope: 1-2 days per week and more during Christmas and summer periods.
