Your Responsibilities Since 2010, we have helped companies find, attract, and develop the right talent. Today we collaborate with approximately 150 companies, have around 250 employees in the group, and continue to develop our offerings in recruitment, staffing, and HR services. With us, you'll have a role with significant responsibility and you'll help shape the direction of the future. In People Management, you'll work with all parts of the HR cycle: developing job profiles, advertising positions, conducting selection processes, interviewing, using analysis tools, checking references, hiring, developing talent, and offboarding. You'll work as both a recruiter and HR manager. In Business Management, you'll help develop future solutions with our customers and prospects. You'll make client visits, understand their operations, provide quotes, present the company, and participate in various events. With us, HR is a team sport. You need to enjoy playing on a team and taking significant responsibility for both the team and your own performance. In the team, you'll work closely with customers, candidates, and consultants. You'll become an important partner for companies that need to find, attract, and retain the right talent—and you'll drive processes forward with structure, quality, and business focus. One day you might help a customer define a business-critical competency need. The next, you could be driving a recruitment process, interviewing candidates, or following up with a consultant at a client site. In between, you'll develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. You'll work in the midst of life, with people and business. Your Profile We're looking for someone who loves people and is driven to create results together with others. You build trust, take responsibility for your commitments, and thrive at the intersection of people and business. At the same time, you're a team player who enjoys helping colleagues, candidates, and customers succeed. You have a background in HR or sales and several years of work experience with solid results. You likely have a degree in Business Administration or Economics at university level. Or perhaps not. You can speak and write Swedish and English fluently. You're also comfortable with systems and quick to learn new digital tools and ways of working. You also have a valid driver's license.
