About the Assignment
Would you like to make a difference by attracting and recruiting the right talent? With us, you'll become an important part of an engaged recruitment team where you work closely with managers and HR colleagues. The role offers a varied daily routine with both operational recruitment tasks and opportunities to contribute to the development of our processes.
The recruitment unit currently consists of three recruitment specialists and is part of the HR and Payroll Department. We support our two business areas: general dentistry and specialist dentistry, as well as various departments at headquarters with talent acquisition and recruitment.
Your Responsibilities
As a recruitment specialist, you'll be responsible for driving recruitment processes from needs analysis and job requirements to hiring. You'll provide reliable and professional support to our managers on recruitment matters and contribute your expertise throughout the entire process.
You'll also actively work to strengthen our employer brand by creating attractive job postings and contributing to increased visibility in relevant channels. Together with the team, you'll develop and ensure quality in recruitment processes, templates, and work methods to guarantee an efficient, professional, and positive candidate experience.
Your Background
We're looking for someone with a university degree in HR, preferably combined with some years of recruitment experience. You have a genuine interest in candidate experience and employer branding. If you also have experience with social media marketing and high-volume recruitment, that's a plus.
As a person, you're organized, self-driven, and used to taking initiative, as well as planning and managing multiple recruitment processes in parallel. You have excellent communication skills in both speech and writing in Swedish and take a service-oriented approach to your work. You enjoy collaborating and building relationships, both internally within the organization and externally with candidates and partners.

Employment

Process
We use continuous selection, so don't delay submitting your application. The recruitment process begins with a personality test and a problem-solving test. Tests will be sent starting week 31 and then continuously throughout the entire application period.
Candidates who advance will be contacted for a brief phone call, where we'll tell you more about the role and the continued recruitment process. Finally, in-depth interviews will take place, starting in week 34, with candidates who have progressed through the initial selection stages.
