Then this role might be perfect for you! Zäkra Leveranser is looking for a driven full-time recruiter who wants to help build our team of field testers. As a recruiter with us, you'll have an important and central role in our operations. You'll work through the entire recruitment process – from finding and contacting potential candidates to conducting interviews, making selections, and supporting candidates through to their start. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys lots of people contact, and takes ownership of their work. You'll have the opportunity to influence and develop our recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities In your role as recruiter, you'll: Write and post job listings Actively search for potential candidates Contact candidates by phone and other channels Conduct interviews digitally and in person Assess candidates and make selections Follow candidates through the entire recruitment process Maintain ongoing contact with both candidates and our internal team Work actively and goal-oriented to find the right people for our assignments Contribute ideas to develop and improve our recruitment approach Who are we looking for? You take initiative and enjoy driving your work forward independently. Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a requirement.
