About the Position As a Recruiter with us, you work closely with our managers and operations to ensure a professional and high-quality recruitment process. You drive your processes independently and support our managers throughout the recruitment process from requirements meetings to job postings, search, candidate contact, reference checks, and offers. You are responsible for multiple parallel recruitment processes and work strategically on talent acquisition issues to ensure we recruit the right competencies at the right time. It is also important to be creative and innovative in finding new ways to reach the right target audience. Main Areas of Work Responsible for all recruitment processes Conduct phone interviews and employment interviews Be active and target-audience-oriented on social networks and career networks Identify and headhunt suitable candidates Continuous development and expansion of networks and talent pools Communicate and strengthen New Yorker's Employer branding in connection with recruitment and projects Monitoring the market and marketing activities Support the onboarding process The position involves travel Your Profile Education in HR, recruitment, and/or retail and fashion Work experience in retail Structured, organized, and strategic and long-term thinker Team-oriented Communicative, clear, and attentive Flexible Preferably experience from the fashion industry Very good English skills Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel What We Offer A good team is the most important thing for us, because without a good team even the best plan would fail.
