Independent recruiter role with responsibility for the entire process from job requirements to placement. We are looking for you who want to be available for upcoming consulting assignments where your expertise can quickly make a difference in a professional and community-oriented operation. The exact content, scope, and working methods vary between assignments. Responsibilities Develop job requirements profiles together with hiring managers Post job openings, search for and attract candidates Conduct selection, interviews, and reference checks Coordinate candidates and managers throughout the process Document and ensure quality in recruitment work Requirements for the role At least 3 years of experience in independent recruitment work Experience in competency-based recruitment Ability to manage multiple parallel processes Very good Swedish in speech and writing Merits Experience in public sector operations Experience in specialist and management recruitment Experience in search and active candidate engagement Familiarity with recruitment systems and assessments Who we are looking for Structured, communicative, and business-minded. You maintain pace without compromising on quality and candidate experience. Work location and setup Assignments are located in the Jämtland region and may involve on-site work at the organization, hybrid arrangements, or in some cases remote work. For certain roles, regional travel may occur. The exact workplace, working hours, and practical setup are always presented before you decide on a specific assignment.
