The position is full-time and you will work 100% on-site from one of our offices in Växjö or Lund. About the Role As a recruiter at TopWork, you are responsible for finding, attracting, and matching the right candidates to our clients' needs. You actively work on building networks, searching for candidates, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to our clients. You will be a key person in our delivery organization and work closely with both sales staff, consultant managers, and other recruiters.
