The position is full-time and you work 100% on-site from one of our offices in Växjö or Lund.
About the role
As a recruiter at TopWork, you are responsible for finding, attracting, and matching the right candidates to our customers' needs.
You actively work to build your network, source candidates, conduct interviews, and present candidates to our customers. You will be a key person in our delivery organization and work closely with both salespeople, consultant managers, and other recruiters.
We expect you to take responsibility for your processes, drive your work forward, and constantly look for new ways to find the best candidates.
