About the role
As a recruiter you will become an important part of our construction team and work closely with both colleagues, candidates, consultants, and over time also customers.
You are responsible for job posting, screening, interviews, candidate matching, and hiring for our staffing and recruitment assignments. You maintain ongoing contact with candidates throughout the process and also handle reference checks and related administration.
The role suits you if you enjoy working with people, a fast pace and problem-solving, but also thrive with structure and administrative tasks.
We believe that you have some understanding of the construction industry and the different professional roles within it. You don't need to be an expert, but you should be able to communicate naturally with people in the industry and understand what's required to match the right person to the right assignment.

Scope: Full-time
Employment: 6-month probationary period with opportunity for permanent employment
Start date: Immediately or by agreement
Salary: Fixed monthly salary + commission/bonus
