About the Role
As a recruiter, you will be an important part of our Blue Collar team and work closely with colleagues, candidates, consultants, and over time, clients as well.
You are responsible for posting job ads, screening, conducting interviews, matching candidates, and hiring for our staffing and recruitment assignments. You maintain ongoing contact with candidates throughout the entire process and also handle reference checks and related administrative tasks.
This role suits you if you enjoy working with people, fast-paced environments, and problem-solving, but also thrive with structure and administrative tasks.
If you have previous experience in the staffing or recruitment industry, that's a plus, but not required. Above all, we're looking for someone who is curious, engaged, and wants to learn, and who is comfortable in a role where you can take responsibility and develop along the way. With us, there's an opportunity to develop further and take on greater responsibility over time, for example by growing into the role of Consultant Manager. At the same time, we believe in letting development take shape based on your strengths, ambitions, and what you enjoy most. Additional Information
Scope: Full-time and/or part-time
Employment: 6-month probationary period with the possibility of a permanent position
Start Date: Immediate or by agreement
Salary: Fixed monthly salary + commission/bonus
