Inis Creative AB is seeking a driven and relationship-building recruiter who wants to work flexibly and help build our consulting business. We are a growing company specializing in digital solutions, web, and IT/consulting services. As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for a recruiter to help us find the right consultants and candidates for current projects. About the role As a recruiter, you will, among other things: • search for relevant candidates and consultants • contact candidates via, for example, LinkedIn and other channels • conduct an initial assessment of competence and experience • carry out initial conversations and interviews • match candidates with current consulting assignments • present suitable candidates internally for further handling • follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is communicative, organized, and enjoys working with people. You need to be able to work independently and take your own initiative. Experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, IT, or the consulting industry is a plus but not required. What matters most is that you have the right drive and are interested in developing your skills in recruitment. The role is well-suited for you if you are, for example, studying, already have another occupation, or are looking for a flexible extra job. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish. Compensation and flexibility The role is commission-based, with compensation tied to successful recruitments and placements. The work can be performed remotely and scheduled flexibly according to your circumstances.
