About the Position We are now seeking a student employee for our Talent Acquisition team in Gothenburg. The team is responsible for recruitment for both national clients and large onsite clients in Gothenburg, where the focus often lies on volume recruitment within industry, production, and logistics. You will become part of an engaged team where you have the opportunity to work closely with experienced recruiters and take an active role in our recruitment processes. The position is part-time work comprising approximately 1-3 days per week, depending on business needs and your availability. Job Responsibilities As a student employee in recruitment, you will support our recruiters in daily work by: • Conducting phone interviews and competency-based interviews • Working with screening and selection of candidates • Managing candidates and processes in the ATS system Teamtailor • Taking references and administering candidate documentation • Presenting candidates to clients and recruiting managers • Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates and clients • Supporting the team with administrative tasks related to recruitment • Contributing to a positive candidate and customer experience Over time, there is an opportunity to independently drive your own recruitment processes from start to finish. Qualifications • Ongoing university or college studies of at least 50 percent • At least one year of studies remaining • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing • Good computer skills and administrative ability Meritorious • Experience in staffing and recruitment • Experience with candidate contact, customer service, or administration • Experience with similar tasks • Experience working in ATS systems, such as Teamtailor Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, we see that you are a self-driven and initiative-taking person who takes responsibility for your work.
