Recruiting Consultant Manager – Warehouse & Logistics OnePartnerGroup is growing and we are now looking for a recruiting consultant manager focused on staffing in warehouse and logistics. Your day-to-day as a Recruiting Consultant Manager This is a role for someone who enjoys high pace, people, business and problem-solving. As a recruiting consultant manager you are responsible for the entire staffing process – from understanding the customer's staffing needs and finding the right candidates to hiring, managing and following up with consultants at our customers' locations. Your focus is on skilled workers in warehouse and logistics, such as warehouse staff, forklift operators, terminal workers and other operational roles within logistics operations. Customer needs can vary over time. This means you need to be able to work both long-term with staffing planning and quickly find solutions when volumes or staffing needs change. In the role you will, among other things: Recruit and staff skilled workers in warehouse and logistics. Drive the recruitment process from advertising and selection to interviews, reference checks and hiring. Have personnel responsibility for your consultants and ensure good onboarding, follow-up and development. Maintain ongoing contact with customers regarding staffing, personnel needs and upcoming volumes. Plan staffing and ensure that the right number of people with the right skills are in place. Handle both planned and more urgent staffing needs. Conduct customer visits and follow up with our consultants in the field. Build and maintain a strong candidate and consultant pool. Actively work to develop existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. Handle administration related to consultant operations, such as contracts, time reporting and personnel administration. Together with the team ensure high delivery rates and satisfied customers and consultants. The role involves many contact points and a varied day-to-day. One moment you're sitting with a customer planning staffing needs for the coming weeks, the next moment you need to find a solution to changed staffing needs for the next shift. To succeed in the role we believe you have: Experience in staffing, recruitment, personnel management or similar work. Experience from warehouse, logistics, terminal or other labor-intensive operations is a merit. Understanding of operations where staffing needs and volumes can change quickly. Ability to build trust and create relationships with both customers and consultants. A structured approach and ability to handle multiple parallel processes. A business-oriented approach and interest in developing customer relationships. Ability to make decisions and find solutions even when circumstances change. Good knowledge of Swedish and English. B driver's license. If you have experience from warehouse or logistics yourself, for example as a work leader, team leader, consultant manager, recruiter or in another personnel management role, we see that as a major plus.
