Recruiting Consultant Manager

Nexer Infrastructure is on an exciting journey and we're looking for you to help develop both our business and our people. As a Recruiting Consultant Manager, you combine recruitment, leadership, relationship building, and business acumen. This is more than a traditional recruiter role. You find our future colleagues, build relationships with candidates and clients, and simultaneously serve as a manager and coach for our consultants. You'll have significant autonomy, the opportunity to make an impact, and a varied day-to-day experience. This position is a parental leave coverage role for approximately one year, with good opportunities for extension. You'll become part of an engaged team of account managers and recruiting consultant managers. We believe in close collaboration, short decision paths, and high ceilings. We work the majority of our days from the office because we value dialogue, community, and energy. Now we're looking for you to help make Nexer Infrastructure the obvious choice for IT consultants in support, operations, and infrastructure. About the Role You're responsible for the entire recruitment process—from finding and attracting talent to interviews, selection, matching, and onboarding. As a consultant manager, you'll also be a salary-setting manager for some of our consultants. You're responsible for their development, well-being, and career growth through coaching, follow-ups, and goal setting. You'll follow people from their first contact as a candidate through to becoming a consultant and beyond in their career with us. This role suits you if you enjoy combining people and business and want to develop your skills in both recruitment and leadership. You'll also have the opportunity to influence how we work and develop our offering to the candidate market. What Will You Do? Drive recruitment processes from initial contact through hiring and onboarding Proactively build and develop your candidate network in IT Interview, assess, and match candidates against client needs Build long-term relationships with candidates and consultants Be a manager and coach to your consultants, support their development and well-being, and manage follow-ups, goal setting, and salary reviews Meet with clients to understand competency needs and job requirements, and follow up on how consultants are thriving and developing in their assignments Collaborate with account managers on competency needs and matching Contribute ideas and perspectives that develop our business and our offering to the candidate market Who Are You? We believe you're early in your career and ready for the next step. Perhaps you work as a recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, recruiting consultant manager, or in a similar role. What matters is that you have recruitment experience, strong drive, and a desire to develop. We believe you have: Several years of recruitment experience and higher education in Human Resources, HR, or equivalent. You have a genuine interest in recruitment and want to continue developing in the field. Drive and entrepreneurial spirit. You're goal-oriented, take responsibility, and are forward-thinking—you take your own initiatives and thrive on influencing and driving the business forward. Business and relationship focus. You're interested in both the business and people, build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients, and are comfortable managing multiple contact points simultaneously. Leadership. You're motivated by coaching and developing others and want to grow in your leadership. Previous leadership experience is a plus. Communication. You're social and communicative and express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and in a team where you're close to colleagues and the business. You like when ideas have space, decisions are made quickly, and you have influence.
