Falck continues to grow and is now seeking a Rehabilitation Coordinator based in Malmö. As a rehabilitation coordinator at Falck health and working life, you have a very important role in creating value and results for our customers, where your work creates the opportunity for early interventions to promote health in working life. You drive rehabilitation cases forward in collaboration with cross-functional teams at Falck consisting of occupational physicians, occupational nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and others. You have overall responsibility for a structured and efficient rehabilitation process and work in a consultative manner to convey knowledge about workplace and health issues. Our customers are represented from all sectors, private and public, large and small organizations. This provides interesting variety in your work and you will meet a variety of different cultures and individuals with the opportunity to focus and deepen your work in one or more other areas, such as alcohol and drug-related issues. You will work with, among other things: Coordinate and cooperate with different actors in the rehabilitation process both externally and within Falck Lead rehabilitation meetings with the Falck team and at customer companies Planning and coordination of rehabilitation plans developed to actively promote return to work Motivational conversations and psychosocial support to individuals in their rehabilitation process Support and close collaboration with managers and HR at the customer company to ensure the process moves forward We are looking for someone who: Has at least a bachelor's degree as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or similar Has good experience with rehabilitation issues, preferably from occupational health services or consulting firms Has good IT skills and the ability and interest to deliver using digital tools Speaks Swedish and English fluently, both verbally and in writing Meriting qualifications: Experience working with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's workplace responsibility Experience in project management/coordination and team leadership Coordinator training such as KI's coordination initiatives, coordinating sick leave and the rehabilitation process As a person: You are goal-oriented but can also reconsider and adapt if circumstances change You are independent, take responsibility for the process, and drive it forward You collaborate easily and see the value in using the team's expertise to meet customer needs You have the ability to plan and structure and keep the whole picture together You are customer-oriented and business-minded; you listen and understand the customer's needs and Falck's mission. Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. 100% full-time and start date by agreement. Working hours are weekdays 8-17, excluding holidays.
