About the position We are now seeking a registrar for the National Veterinary Institute (SVA). You will become part of a dedicated team consisting of registrars, legal professionals, and archivists who together support the agency's broad operations. As a registrar, you are responsible for case logging and document management, and you handle a wide variety of documents and matters. The role involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and you work closely with operations to ensure correct and efficient handling of information and documentation. Since the agency handles tasks that are often subject to confidentiality, accuracy and integrity are integral parts of the work. The position may include the following tasks: - Daily mail opening, case logging, registration, and dispatch - Monitoring of official email inbox - Case file preparation and archiving of logged documents and matters - Contact with employees and the public regarding the agency's documents and matters in accordance with the principle of public access - Preparation of information about ongoing and completed matters - Compilation of statistics on ongoing and completed matters Assignment period and scope: The registrar position is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately and is expected to last approximately 6 months. Some remote work may occur in agreement with the responsible manager. Requirements for the position: • Qualified registrar with registrar training at university level or equivalent education. Alternatively, upper secondary school education or equivalent and one (1) year of professional experience as a registrar • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent • Knowledge of document and case management systems (for example, Public360, W3D3, Platina, etc.) • Familiarity with laws and regulations governing public operations and the registrar's activities and responsibilities • Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
