Fraktkedjan is in an exciting development phase and is now looking for a business-driven and committed Regional Manager for our new region Trestad. Here you will have a unique opportunity to lead and develop an operation with strong local roots, high competence, and great ambitions for the future. During the year, a strategic merger will be completed between Lastbilscentralerna Fraktkedjan and Centralen. Once the merger is completed, the operations in Uddevalla and Vänersborg/Trollhättan will form region Trestad - an important part of the new organization. As Regional Manager, you will play a central role in creating a strong and successful region where people, business, and development are in focus. The merged company will have a turnover of approximately 1.4 billion kronor and consist of around 170 co-owners with a vehicle fleet of approximately 600 vehicles. Together we will be one of the strongest players in transport and construction services in West Sweden. Your new role As Regional Manager for Trestad, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and further advancing the region's operations. You are responsible for both operational management and strategic development, with a focus on leadership, business development, profitability, and sales. In the role, you will lead a team of approximately 45 employees and have full budget and profit responsibility. You work closely with the operations, employees, and our co-owners/drivers to ensure strong collaboration and high customer satisfaction. You report directly to the CEO and are part of Fraktkedjan's management team, where you actively contribute to realizing the company's long-term strategy and continued development. The position is based in Trestad with presence at our offices in both Uddevalla and Vänersborg. Who are you? We are looking for an experienced leader with a documented ability to successfully lead and develop operations in transition. You have worked with both operational and strategic matters and thrive in a role where you can combine business acumen with close and committed leadership. We see it as a merit if you have experience from larger transformation journeys, organizational development, or company integrations, where you have contributed to creating engagement, cohesion, and a strong corporate culture. You are used to working independently and making decisions, while at the same time you appreciate the value of collaboration and see the strength in sharing experiences and ideas with colleagues and the management team. As a person, you are business-driven, results-oriented, and have good strategic ability. You understand the importance of creating long-term value through strong relationships with customers, co-owners, and partners. You are attentive, communicative, and build trust by being present and engaged. At the same time, you have the ability to set direction, inspire your employees, and lead the operation toward set goals. As Regional Manager, you will become an important ambassador for Fraktkedjan.
