In this role, you will be an important part of our operations organization and work closely with store managers, support functions, and other leaders in the business.
About the Role
As a regional manager, you are responsible for supporting and developing the region's results, operations, and business. You lead and coach our store managers and ensure that our stores work toward common goals while each store receives the right support based on their circumstances.
You serve as the link between the store and central functions such as logistics, marketing, purchasing, HR, and finance. Through present leadership, regular store visits, and strong business acumen, you contribute to a high level of customer experience, sales, and profitability.
The role involves regular travel within the region.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility
Lead, coach, and develop store managers in the region.
Recruit, onboard, and develop future leaders.
Conduct development, goal-setting, and salary reviews.
Be responsible for the region's sales, results, and profitability.
Monitor key metrics and translate insights into concrete improvement measures.
Ensure that stores work toward common goals and business plans.
Drive initiatives that strengthen sales, customer experience, and efficient operations.
Conduct regular store visits and follow up on operations, procedures, and working methods.
Promote sustainable staffing and efficient resource planning.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
Contribute to close collaboration between stores, region, and support functions.
Be an active part of the company's operational management work

Experience in leadership within retail or similar operations.
Experience leading other leaders is a merit.
Good understanding of sales, store operations, and profitability management.
Experience working with budgets, key metrics, and operations monitoring.
Good analytical skills and experience making decisions based on data.
Strong collaboration skills and an unpretentious approach to work.
Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
Driver's license (Category B).
