Regional Manager North Nevel

The region stretches from Uppland (Gimo) to Västernorrland (Kramfors) and we would appreciate it if you live somewhere in the region. You want to take full responsibility for operations, employees, and results within your geographic area. As regional manager, you will have a key role where you combine operational leadership with business responsibility and drive the development of our operations together with customers, employees, and partners. The role reports to Head of O&M and includes personnel responsibility for five employees. About the Role In the role, you are responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable operations in your area. You have budget and profit responsibility and lead and develop daily operations. You are also responsible for maintenance, operations, and fuel supply of the facilities as well as ensuring that operations are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines. Your main areas of responsibility: · Budget and profit responsibility (P&L) for the area. · Personnel responsibility with focus on leadership, work environment, and development. · Optimization of daily operations. · Responsibility for operations, maintenance, and fuel supply of facilities. · Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance. · Follow-up and reporting of operational results and activities. · Customer contact and cooperation with contractors and external partners. Who Are You? We are looking for you who is a confident leader with a strong business focus and the ability to create structure, engagement, and results. You thrive in a role where you can take responsibility, make decisions, and lead operations forward together with your team. To succeed in the role, we see that you have: · University or college education in engineering or other relevant education. · At least 5 years of relevant work experience. · Experience from operations, maintenance, or production activities. · Good understanding of budget work and financial follow-up. · Experience with maintenance planning and relevant IT systems. · Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
