Your Responsibilities • As Regional Manager North, you have overall responsibility for operations from Gävle and Dalarna to Kiruna and Gällivare. The region comprises ten depots and approximately 70 employees in total, which you lead through managers and key personnel. You are part of Lambertsson's national management group. • You are responsible for business, results, operations, and organization in the region. • You lead, develop, and coach the region's managers. • You drive change and development initiatives. • You ensure profitability and sustainable business. • You develop strategic customer relationships. • You create structure, collaboration, and common working methods. • You contribute to Lambertsson's national development. Your Profile • We are looking for a confident and experienced leader with a documented ability to deliver results through others. • You have experience leading managers, driving change, and developing operations with personnel, budget, and profit responsibility. • You thrive in a role where you switch between strategic issues and operational challenges. We believe you have • Experience leading large or geographically dispersed operations. • Experience with budget, personnel, and profit responsibility. • Ability to develop organizations and implement changes. • Interest in customer relationships and business development. • Class B driver's license and the ability to travel regularly for work.
