We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager for Stockholm who wants to be part of developing our operations and the future of orthopaedic technology. In Stockholm, we have five orthopaedic clinics with a total of approximately 120 employees. Our clinics are highly sought-after partners for collaboration within many diagnostic areas, and we have strong relationships with other professional disciplines with significant opportunities to develop these relationships further. Your Responsibilities As Regional Manager, you are responsible for leading, developing, and ensuring results in the Stockholm region in line with ForMotion's strategy, goals, and values. The role involves overall responsibility for the region's operations, including finances, operations, personnel management, and quality, with a focus on creating stability, clarity, and execution capability in a complex and competitive market. You are a key person in translating strategic direction into concrete operational results and in creating conditions for clinics to succeed in their daily work. You are part of the company's management structure, participate in the management group, and report to the Managing Director of Sweden. Your responsibilities include, among others: Ensure efficient operations at all clinics and units within the region Be a present and coaching leader for the region's managers Identify development opportunities within patient flows, offerings, and business Ensure that decisions and initiatives from management are implemented in the region Overall responsibility for staffing, competence, and organizational structure in the region Drive improvement work related to efficiency, quality, and patient benefit Responsible for representing the region's needs in company-wide forums We are embarking on an important development journey where we want to lay the foundation for creating clinics at the absolute forefront. As Regional Manager, you will have a central role in driving this work forward and contributing to an operation where both patients and employees have the best conditions to develop. Who We Are Looking For You are an engaged and communicative leader with excellent ability to combine strategic direction with operational execution. You have clear and coaching leadership with strong business acumen in a market characterized by procurement and cost pressures. You also have excellent ability to create structure without losing momentum, collaborate, build strong relationships, and drive improvement and change initiatives. Multiple years of leadership experience in a larger context including personnel management, budgeting, work environment, business development, and operational development Good experience within private healthcare Fluent Swedish and very good English skills Very good computer and system skills It is a merit if you have experience within the orthopaedic technology industry Post-secondary education in a relevant field is a merit What We Offer You will work in a global, innovative, and values-driven operation characterized by high engagement and focus on helping people by providing the best possible service.
