Tropic Snacks is now looking for Regional Merchandisers who want to help ensure our products are in stock, properly replenished, and presented in the best way possible in stores. About Tropic Snacks Tropic Snacks was founded in 2006 and is today primarily established in Scania. We work with high-quality natural snacks and nuts and deliver directly to stores. In the stores where we operate, we act as category captains and help the store develop the entire natural snacks and nuts section. Our products are based on selected raw materials, authentic Belgian chocolate, rapid innovation, and products without palm oil. Now we are strengthening our field organization to continue growing, develop our key stores, and create even better in-store execution. About the Role As a Regional Merchandiser, you are an important part of our daily store operations. You are responsible for picking goods from the warehouse, delivering to stores, restocking shelves and displays, and placing orders for upcoming deliveries. You work according to planned routes and visit multiple stores during a working day. In stores, you replenish goods, front products, ensure planograms are followed, and maintain high quality standards for Tropic Snacks shelves and displays. In smaller stores that are not regularly visited by Regional Sales Representatives, you may also present current campaigns and new products in a simple way, for example by suggesting additional cartons for a display. You report to the Regional Merchandising Team Leader and maintain close communication with Regional Sales Representatives regarding store needs and opportunities. Your Main Responsibilities Pick and load goods at the warehouse. Distribute goods to stores according to planned routes. Replenish shelves, stands, and displays. Ensure adequate stock levels and minimize the risk of empty shelves. Follow planograms and ensure correct product placement in stores. Replace discontinued items with new products according to instructions. Place orders for upcoming deliveries. Maintain ongoing communication with store staff regarding practical matters. Report deviations, shortcomings, and improvement needs to the Team Leader. Present current campaigns and new products in smaller stores. Coordinate deliveries to stores where external picking services handle the picking. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is practical, thorough, and service-oriented. You enjoy working independently, taking responsibility, and seeing concrete results of your work in stores. You have a good sense of order, pace, and quality. Since you will often be Tropic Snacks recurring contact in stores, it is important that you are positive, professional, and easy to work with. This role suits you if you enjoy active work where days include driving, loading, picking, order placement, and store staff interaction. We Are Looking For Someone Who Has A valid driver's license (Category B). Good driving experience. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written. Ability to work independently in the field. Good physical capacity to load, carry, pick, and replenish goods. Basic digital skills, such as mobile reporting, order placement, or simple systems. Good customer service skills and ability to represent Tropic Snacks professionally in stores. Ability to follow instructions, routes, and store-specific procedures. Ability to handle multiple store visits per day while maintaining quality. It is meritorious if you have experience from retail, grocery trade, picking, merchandising, distribution, order placement, warehouse management, campaign picking, or planograms. Why Tropic Snacks?
