About Us In Region 6, which is part of the Adult Division and works with care and services for adult clients within SOL and LSS, our core values are the foundation of everything we do. We operate across a broad geographic area with a total of 16 units in Örebro, Dalarna, Gävle, Älvkarleby, and Bollnäs. As a Regional Quality Developer (RKU) with us, you will be the hub of our quality and improvement work. You will have a central and strategic role where you actively contribute to securing the vision that everyone has the right to a good life. Our strength lies in close collaboration and shared ownership. In our regional team, the Regional Manager, Regional Quality Developer, and Regional Operations Manager work together unpretentiously and collaborate across the entire region to drive development forward. You will guide managers and employees, drive quality development, and collaborate across unit and division boundaries. About the Position In your role as a Regional Quality Developer with us, you will be the hub of our improvement work. Your mission is to promote and develop quality in our operations by working both strategically and operatively. You will work closely with regional management and other key people to plan, implement, and evaluate initiatives that make a real difference for our clients. Your main responsibilities are: Guide managers and employees in everything from documentation and self-checks to journal systems and incident reporting. Develop and implement methods that ensure high quality in the region and monitor target management. Conduct monthly reviews of incidents and Lex Sarah, and step in to conduct investigations in various situations. Through spot checks and follow-up on regulatory decisions, ensure that our measures produce the desired effect and that we always work in accordance with applicable legislation and policies. Provide training in Clarifying Pedagogy and contact person responsibilities. Lead the regional Values Group. You will have a central role where you actively contribute to collaboration between our different divisions, regions, and units, all while acting professionally, solution-focused, and in accordance with Humana's core values. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is a confident person with well-developed analytical abilities. You like order and organization, but are also flexible in finding solutions when circumstances change. As a person, you are professional in your interactions and have a natural ability to inspire others toward improvement. You can work independently but are also a team player. For this position, it is required that you: have a degree in social work or equivalent education have experience with practical work in care and services, preferably in areas related to both SOL and LSS. It is also advantageous if you: have experience in managerial or coordinating functions or in-depth quality work have experience working with core value issues, norm-critical work, and anti-discrimination legislation Other Information Possible placement locations: Gävle or Uppsala Type of Employment: Permanent with a six-month probationary period Degree of Employment: 100% Working Hours: Daytime Salary: According to agreement, other compensation according to collective agreement Start Date: According to agreement, as soon as possible is preferred What Happens Now?
