Job Description In your role as a Regional Health and Healthcare Expert, you will work to ensure quality and develop Kriminalvården's health and healthcare services in Region Nord. You will support managers, nurses, and correctional staff in healthcare matters and contribute to patient-safe and legally compliant care. The role involves both strategic work and practical support in daily operations. Work location: Härnösand, with the possibility of a remote work agreement. Travel is included in the work. Responsibilities Implement and ensure quality of routines and guidelines Conduct annual follow-up on patient safety and corrective actions Collaborate with healthcare experts both regionally and nationally Provide advice to managers and healthcare personnel Handle healthcare matters, for example in cases of medical injuries Manage incident and near-miss reporting in ISAP Qualifications We are looking for someone with strong planning skills that enable you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage details. You work independently and are not afraid to take initiative, which means you often drive work forward and find solutions. Your communication skills are excellent, and you have a pedagogical ability to explain and clarify even complex matters.
