Regional FM Project Manager As our delivery and assignments grow, we're looking for a business-driven, communicative, and customer-focused Regional FM Project Manager to be placed with CBRE's major client in Linköping. The Role of Regional FM Project Manager We're looking for someone with experience in project management in close collaboration with clients. As a Regional FM Project Manager, you'll work not only with the Linköping site, but with all of the client's sites throughout Sweden, except in Stockholm. You have an advisory role and understand that successful project delivery requires structure, business acumen, and good collaboration skills. Projects range from minor office adaptations and internal office relocations to more complex projects related to renovations. You will have many contact points internally within CBRE—both in Sweden and internationally—within the client's organization, and with external stakeholders such as suppliers. Travel is limited and the majority of work is conducted digitally. Your days with us will consist of the following: - Project management and delivery of facility adaptation projects of various sizes and scopes - Procurement of contracts, services, and equipment - Ongoing dialogue with the client regarding needs, priorities, and projects - Advisory services to the client on both strategic and operational project matters - Responsibility for project finances, monitoring, and reporting To succeed in this role, your background should include: - Technical background, preferably in Facility Management, construction, infrastructure, and/or installation - Documented experience in project management - Experience with procurement and supplier management - Knowledge of BAS-P and BAS-U - Knowledge of standard contracts such as AB04, ABK09, and ABT06 - Ability to read drawings - experience with tools such as Bluebeam is a merit - Experience with security systems is a merit - Good understanding of finances and experience managing project budgets - Strong knowledge of the Office package and English (group language) Basic Requirements You have experience in project management and preferably a technical background. You are organized, communicative, and thrive in a dynamic environment. Merits include knowledge of Facility Management, construction projects or office projects, technology projects, or similar. B-class driver's license is required We require an extract from the criminal record register for an individual according to 9 § 1 paragraph of the Act (1998:620) on criminal record registers for employment. The position requires a passed security clearance according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) and approved security clearance before an offer of permanent employment. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written; English is the group language Experienced in communicating with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Comfortable working both in a team and independently; we are a good Key Responsibilities: Be a representative for CBRE to the client and suppliers Ensure that subcontractors and own work tasks are performed according to developed processes and procedures in accordance with CBRE's environment, health, and safety policy Experience in project management and procurement Knowledge of BAS-P/BAS-U and standard contracts (AB04, ABK09, ABT06) Ability to read drawings (Bluebeam) Place orders and follow up with subcontractors Good understanding of finances Good knowledge of the Office package.
