Regulatory Specialist with Focus on Outsourcing - Temporary Position

This role is a temporary position from October 2026 to September 2027. About the Job Agria is the market leader in the Nordic region for animal insurance and is in an expansion phase in Europe. In the Business Support and Sustainability department, in the Governance and Regulatory Support group, we are now looking for a regulatory specialist who takes overall responsibility for Agria's outsourcing function. In the role, you work both strategically and operatively with governance, structure, and development within your area of responsibility, with a particular focus on outsourcing and ICT to meet operational needs in our different markets. You become a central contact point for the organization on matters concerning regulations, risks, and agreements related to our outsourcing and ICT solutions, and collaborate closely with operations, management, and specialists in Sweden and internationally. Your tasks will include Constituting Agria's outsourcing function. Responsible for structure and coordination of monitoring outsourcing and ICT services, and managing the register of outsourcing and ICT service providers. Support Agria's management of outsourcing and ICT services, and contribute to analysis of both legal and business risks. Drive regulatory compliance (including DORA, Solvency II, sustainability regulations, and GDPR) both operatively and strategically, and regularly report status and risks. Develop and maintain appropriate internal regulations, procedures, and processes for the outsourcing function's work. Responsible for filing and registration of agreements, quality assurance, and support to operations in the agreement management process, for example handling of agreements, follow-up and registration in agreement database, and contacts with agreement responsible parties, LFAB legal, and procurement. Responsible for implementation of annual conflict of interest analysis and other activities according to annual schedule. Conduct environmental monitoring and analysis of relevant regulations. Responsible for development and quality assurance of processes and procedures within your area of responsibility. Report to management, board, branch managers, and specialists throughout Agria's operations within your area of responsibility. The Following Will Make You Successful in This Position Extensive professional experience, preferably from insurance, banking, or other regulated activities, and experience with international work. Experience with agreement work, supplier management, and negotiations with suppliers, preferably in procurement of IT services, and work with governance issues and GRC. Academic degree in law, economics, IT, or other relevant education. Good knowledge of relevant regulations, such as outsourcing regulations and DORA. Experience leading projects and other change initiatives, preferably in a Lean-agile work approach. Experience conducting training and workshops. Experience presenting to board and management. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, and ability to work seamlessly in both languages. Meritorious are also if you have: In-depth experience with regulatory compliance within Solvency II, sustainability regulations, and GDPR. Experience working in larger corporations with international contact points.
