Prokab Ekonomikonsulter AB is now seeking an accounting consultant for our office in Falun. The position is suitable for both those with accounting experience and recent graduates who want to develop in the profession. About the Role With us, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues who support each other in daily work. At our Falun office, we primarily work with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries, with a special focus on retail. You will work with accounting for everything from sole proprietorships and smaller corporations to companies within larger groups. We strive for a digital approach whenever possible and primarily use Fortnox in our daily work. Some manual handling still occurs. As an accounting consultant with us, you will gradually take on your own client responsibility and will work with: · Ongoing bookkeeping · Accounts receivable and payable · Account reconciliations and VAT reporting · Preparation of monthly reports · Ongoing client contact · Reconciliations and preparations for year-end closing · Annual financial statements · Annual reports · Payroll management Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is thorough, responsible, and has a genuine interest in accounting and finance. You enjoy collaboration, take ownership, and appreciate working in a team where colleagues support and help each other. We would like you to have a degree in accounting or economics from a university, college, or vocational school. Previous accounting experience is a merit, but not required – recent graduates are also warmly welcome to apply. Since Swedish is our primary communication language, you need to be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
