Here you are offered an independent and broad role where you get the opportunity to take ownership of your areas of responsibility while having close support from colleagues, and become part of a dedicated finance team of 5 people. Stokvis Nordic is part of Stokvis Tapes Group, a global leader in self-adhesive components. In recent years, they have undergone an exciting transformation journey where they consolidated their Nordic operations in Norrköping to create proximity between manufacturing, warehouse, and people. Key Responsibilities In this role, you work broadly within the finance function with focus on the Nordic sister companies. You are responsible for ongoing accounting and become an important contact person toward operations, external suppliers, and their outsourcing partners. · Ongoing bookkeeping · Accounts receivable and payable management · Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts · VAT accounting and other statutory reporting · Participation in monthly and annual closing · Preparation of reporting materials and financial summaries · Contact with external accounting and payroll partners · Other recurring administrative tasks within finance Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking you who have post-secondary education in accounting and who have gained a few years of experience in accounting work. You feel confident in ongoing finance work and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks from start to finish. We also see that you have good system knowledge and work efficiently in Excel and business systems. Experience with Jeeves ERP is a merit. Since the role involves collaboration with colleagues and external parties in the Nordic region, some of the daily communication takes place in English. Therefore, it is important that you communicate well in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. The Nordic role also means that occasional business travel to the offices of the Nordic sister companies may occur. As a person, you are described as solution-oriented and enjoy finding practical ways forward. You have an unpretentious approach and enjoy collaborating.
