About the Role
Luotea is in an exciting development phase and is now seeking a senior accounting economist who wants to be part of the journey.
With us, you'll get a broad and developmental role where you work close to the business and have significant responsibility from day one. You won't just work with accounting—you'll also be involved in developing how we work.
You'll be part of a team of eight people, where two accounting economists share company responsibility and actively work with the complete picture of bookkeeping. This means you'll have great scope, close collaboration, and good opportunities to influence both working methods and results.
What You'll Do
· Work with ongoing accounting
· Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
· Perform reconciliations and accruals
· Ensure quality in reporting
· Manage VAT and tax filings
· Contribute to developing and streamlining processes and systems
· Dialogue with auditors and other external parties
· Work closely with controlling and the business
Who Are You?
You have a solid foundation in accounting and feel confident taking responsibility for large portions of accounting, follow-up, and reporting work.
You're curious, proactive, and thrive in an environment where you can take responsibility and try new ideas. You enjoy working with others and contribute to a positive, solution-oriented team climate.
For you, it's important that people work well together, and you yourself are someone who contributes to that.
We believe you have:
· Post-secondary education in economics/accounting
· At least five (5) years of accounting experience, preferably in K3
· Experience with financial statement preparation
· Good Excel skills
· Good Swedish and English, spoken and written
Meriting is experience with IFS, PowerBI, and group accounting.
