We are seeking an accounting specialist for a 50% consulting assignment at a property management company operating in residential real estate. You will become part of the finance function and work broadly with the company's accounting. Job Description In the role of accounting specialist, you will support the finance function in day-to-day accounting. You will work closely with your colleagues in the accounting department and have contact with other parts of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing statements Preparation of annual reports and tax returns Responsibility for all balance sheet items VAT reporting and analysis of balance sheet items The company uses Fortnox. Competency Requirements & Experience We are looking for someone with accounting experience and previous work in a similar role. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus. Length of Assignment The consulting assignment is initially 50% for 6 months and starts as soon as possible, taking into account any notice period.
