About the Position At Boye Advisory, you will have a key role in a growing Family Office where your experience is highly valued. We are now looking for an accounting economist for a permanent position at our office in central Stockholm. Here you will be an important part of a smaller team with high expertise and great commitment. The role involves overall responsibility for accounting in multiple companies, which requires both integrity and business acumen. Boye Advisory is part of SEB and offers, among other things, advisory services and financial administration for owner-managed companies and their holding companies. Responsibilities In this role, you will work with accounting for multiple clients, which also includes learning their behavior, being responsible for and ensuring work related to invoices, payments, reconciliations, reporting, financial statements, income tax returns, etc. In addition to managing accounting, your service mindset will be important, as you should always be one step ahead and be ready to step in. In the role, you will handle: Ongoing accounting, bookkeeping, and administration Independently prepare annual financial statements, annual reports, and income tax returns (K2 and K3) Budgeting, forecasts, and cash flows Reports, agreements, and other documentation Invoicing and payroll administration Proactive advice and service to clients We Are Looking for You If You Have an academic degree in economics with a focus on accounting, or equivalent. Have 3–5 years of experience in qualified accounting work, preferably from an accounting firm and experience managing holding and financial companies. Are confident in the entire financial statement process and experienced in working independently according to K2 and K3. Have good system skills, especially in Excel and Fortnox. Speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English. Have high integrity and understand the importance of absolute discretion, and enjoy a role with great responsibility.
