In the role as accounting specialist, you will work broadly with ongoing accounting and financial statements for some of the group's companies. The role offers work close to the business with great insight into the operations and close collaboration with both management and colleagues. Main responsibilities: As an accounting specialist at Concept, you will handle most of the accounting chain – from ongoing bookkeeping to financial statements and reporting. You will be part of a great team in the accounting department which currently consists of four employees and reports to Bernt, who is the accounting manager. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for several companies within the group Ongoing accounting, reconciliations, and reporting according to K3 VAT and tax accounting Annual reports including taxes and tax returns Management of the companies' fixed asset registers Participation in budgeting and forecasting work Contribute to improvements and development of systems and accounting processes Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with several years of experience in accounting and thus a good understanding of financial statement work and relevant regulations. You have a solid foundation in the accounting field and feel comfortable taking responsibility for your work tasks and driving them forward. You want to deliver with high quality and value being actively involved and contributing to common goals. As an open and curious person, you enjoy learning new things and see opportunities for improvement and development. You are a team player who appreciates working closely with colleagues and contributing to a positive team climate. Since the role involves many contact points both internally and externally, we would like to see that you are communicative and pedagogical. Furthermore, we see that you have good system knowledge and feel comfortable with the Office package. Perhaps you have an interest in systems and digital working methods or experience with Visma or Medius, which are the systems used here.
