Job Description
Are you a confident and qualified economist with a strong sense of quality, structure, and development? Would you also like to combine qualified accounting work with a coordinating responsibility for an accounting team? If so, you may be the person we're looking for – we welcome your application!
As an Accounting Economist with Team Lead Responsibility, you have a central role in the organization where you combine qualified accounting work with coaching and coordinating leadership. You are responsible for accounting, reporting, and financial monitoring for several property companies and contribute to ensuring high quality in financial statements, reporting, and economic processes.
In this role, you work broadly within accounting and are responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, annual reports, as well as budget, forecast, and follow-up work. You also handle tax and VAT matters related to property management and serve as an important contact person for customers, management, boards, auditors, banks, and authorities.
Beyond your operational responsibilities, you have an important leadership role in the accounting team. You coordinate and prioritize daily work, support your colleagues, and contribute to creating structure, engagement, and good conditions for the team to succeed. Your leadership is characterized by presence, clarity, and an ability to develop both people and working methods.
An important part of the role is also to drive development and improvement initiatives. You actively work to streamline processes, strengthen the quality of the accounting function, and contribute to the organization's continued digitalization. Here you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and make a difference – both in daily work and in the long term.
This is a full-time position and you report to the Head of Property Management and Economic Administration.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone with higher education in accounting, finance, or equivalent education. You have at least five years of experience with qualified accounting work and are confident in independent financial statement and annual report preparation.

You have good system knowledge, work proficiently in Excel, and have an interest in digitalization and developing efficient working methods. Additionally, you have experience with consolidated accounting and solid knowledge of the K3 accounting framework. If you also have experience with IFRS, property VAT, property taxation, or accounting work in property companies, we consider that a strong asset.
As a person, you are organized, meticulous, and responsible. You are passionate about accounting and financial quality and have natural leadership skills where you create engagement, confidence, and knowledge sharing in the team. You are communicative, unpretentious, and have the ability to prioritize, make decisions, and build trust with customers, colleagues, and management.
