We're now looking for an accounting specialist with systems interest who wants to contribute to developing our financial processes while ensuring our important supplier flows function smoothly every day. Here you'll have an important role in a well-functioning team where you manage accounts payable together with a colleague while being a key person in systems and process development. The team is characterized by responsibility, high competence, and a strong desire to help each other. Here there's plenty of room to contribute, close collaboration, and a culture where knowledge is shared, people support each other, and have fun together. You'll work especially closely with the colleague who also handles accounts payable, and together you'll ensure the business runs efficiently year-round. Your Role In this role, you'll work with our accounts payable from start to finish, including supplier setup, invoice processing, payments, reminders, collection matters, and some closing participation. You'll also be a superuser for the procurement system Visma Proceedo, responsible for master data, approval structures, and user support for the business. Part of the role involves developing and improving working methods through system support. You'll participate in implementing new systems and contribute the finance function's perspective in change and development projects. To thrive, it's important that you: are curious and driven to learn new things, develop working methods, and find smarter solutions through system support enjoy combining collaboration with independent responsibility and contribute to a positive team climate are organized and able to create order, meet deadlines, and manage multiple processes with high quality are humble, helpful, and enjoy supporting the business with service and guidance Key Experience high school education plus post-secondary education in a relevant area such as accounting, or equivalent experience several years of experience working as an accounting specialist, preferably with focus on accounts payable from supplier setup to payments good systems skills and experience working with larger or medium-sized business systems, preferably Microsoft D365 good ability to work with data, analyses, and system support in financial processes Meritorious experience with Visma Proceedo, preferably as a superuser experience with change work and improving financial processes in accounts payable experience participating in system implementations or business development projects experience with closing-related tasks such as account reconciliations About the Application For us, it's important that all talent in the job market is utilized.
