Interesta is a rapidly growing company that offers qualified consulting in residential property development and management through our subsidiary Wetterum. Our services include: Conversion of rental apartments to cooperative housing Consulting on new production of cooperative housing Financial management for housing cooperatives Our clients are housing cooperatives, property companies, construction companies, and property managers throughout Sweden. We are in the middle of an exciting growth journey and are looking for a new colleague who wants to grow with us. About the Role As an accounting specialist, you will be part of our close-knit team within financial management at Wetterum. You will be responsible for a number of housing cooperatives and support their boards in developing and operating the association. The role is varied and involves both strategic advisory work and ongoing accounting tasks. Examples of responsibilities: Rent and fee invoicing VAT and tax returns Accounting and reconciliations Financial reporting and analysis Financial statements and returns Consulting and support on association-related matters Procurement and contracts Attendance at general meetings and board meetings Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is social and solution-oriented and thrives in a varied role. You enjoy working both in a team and independently and like to take your own initiative. We would also like to see that you have: Post-secondary education in accounting or finance At least 1 year of experience as an accounting specialist Previous experience with customer service, customer relations, and/or client responsibility is a plus. Technical Skills: Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office package Experience with Fortnox, Capego, and Real Fastighetssystem is a plus What We Offer At Wetterum, you have the opportunity to make a real difference.
