About Procoat Group Procoat Group AB is an industrial group specializing in surface treatment, built through strategic acquisitions of well-renowned companies. The group currently comprises four subsidiaries – WeBeS, R-Produktion, Landskrona Galvanoverk, and MPS Coating – and is in a clear growth phase. We are now building a shared finance function to support all companies, and we're looking for you to help shape it from the ground up. About the Role As an accounting specialist with us, you'll have a central and independent role in the group's financial operations. You'll be responsible for ongoing financial management for multiple companies in parallel and will be a key person in maintaining financial control in a rapidly growing organization. You work closely with the CEO and contribute directly to the group's decision-making foundation. Your Main Responsibilities ▸ Ongoing accounting and year-end closing for the group's companies ▸ Processing of vendor invoices and booking of inbound and outbound payments ▸ Payroll reporting in collaboration with the payroll function ▸ Monthly updates of reporting packages for the CEO ▸ Customer reminders and invoice follow-up ▸ VAT and authority reporting Who We're Looking For You are thorough, self-driven, and thrive in a role where you can take ownership of your work. You're experienced in managing multiple companies or tasks in parallel without losing track. We'd like to see that you have: ▸ Experience from a similar role, such as accounting specialist or accounting assistant ▸ Finance education at upper secondary or post-secondary level, or equivalent work experience ▸ Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Excel ▸ Ability to structure and prioritize independently Meritorious: ▸ Experience from a group environment with multiple companies, or from manufacturing/industrial operations We Offer A unique opportunity to build a finance function from the ground up in a group with high pace and clear growth ambitions.
