Accounting Specialist - Are You Our Next Star! We are now looking for a driven accounting specialist for an exciting assignment with one of our clients. You will become part of the accounting department and work closely with the accounting manager as well as colleagues in both finance and other operations. The assignment offers an independent role with good development opportunities and support from experienced colleagues. Consulting assignment with good opportunity for transition to employment with the client Job Responsibilities In your role as an accounting specialist, you will work broadly with accounting processes, including: Invoicing and payment registration Accounts payable and payments Ongoing bookkeeping Monthly financial statements VAT declarations Fixed asset accounting Annual financial statements Income tax declarations Preparation of annual reports Support and guidance to the organization on financial matters Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Academic education in accounting or equivalent Several years of experience in accounting and closing procedures Good understanding of the complete accounting flow You are flexible and have an unpretentious attitude where you are willing to support where needed. The role requires that you are thorough, organized and analytical, while also having good communication skills and enjoying a role with many points of contact.
